'''Emperor Palpatine''' was the second President of the [[United States]] after the [[Nike Revolution of 2006]]. He was elected in 2016 after the failed two-term administration of his Thith Apprentice, [[Saddam Hussien|Darth Hussein]].

==Early Years==
The Emperor had no early years. The Emperor ''needs'' no early years. He was born from pure pirate energy at the age of 65, at which point he immediately retired and began his rise to power. He started as a high ranking Cardinal of the [[Catholic]] Order. He went under the alias [[Benedict XVI|Cardinal Ratzinger]], slowly amassing his awesome Dark Side and Medium Rare Powers of [[the force]]. So it goes.

==Causing Trouble==
In the late 90s Palpatine started masquerading as an evil lord, [[Darth Sidious]], to the greedy and incompetent rulers of the corrupt [[Middle Earth|Middle Eastern]] Terrorists. He successfully convinced the leaders of the [[Taliban]] to start a war with the Republic United States of America. His protégé, Count Hussein (Senator of [[Iraq]]), helped fund and expand the attack to a culminated tragedy in 2001. The United States quickly fought back with robot bees in the War on Iraq.

During the Battle of Many [[Bees]], Hussein was captured and imprisoned on United States dirt. Err, soil. I said soil. Combined with the quick military victories, current US President George Bush was secured a victory in the 2004 elections. Meanwhile, Palpatine secretly ordered a giant army of cloned bears to be crafted on the moon. The budget note, scrawled in pink glitter, read: "Only bears can protect the Vatican".

==Revolution==
Unpleased with the presidency of Bush, dissidents in the south of the United States started the [[Nike Revolution]] of 2006. This move, entirely calculated by Palpatine, put the country into civil unrest. As Darth Sidius, he freed Count Hussein from jail and helped him rise to power. In the [[Election of 2008]], Hussein defeated Bush for the presidency. His two term administration, however, was a failure. By 2016, America at large was sick of Hussein.

After the reorganization of the states, [[New Jersey]] (also known as [[Hell]]) became the property of the Vatican, and Palpatine became Senator Pope Palpatine Man. Using his Bear Army, he launched a coup against President Hussein. Furthermore, he declared that the Vatican was in a plot to overthrow him, and ordered the bears to raid the Catholic archives. The bears, stunningly cold warriors, massacred the College of Cardinals, and granted Palpatine the seat of the throne. He then reorganized the United States into the Empire of Oceania, and changed the year to 1984.

==Death==
Emperor Palpatine eventually dismantled the senate nineteen years later, completing his bear-ful grip of power. Meanwhile, [[Eric Flood]] discovered that pope [[John Paul]] II was not dead, but in fact, under exile after failing to defeat Palpatine years ago in the Papal Election. JP2 taught Eric Flood the powers of Medium Rare, and then promptly died at the ripe old age of 84 million. Flood left his hometown of nuclear radiation and faced Palpatine in a game of [[deathmatch]]. When Palpatine attempted to cast +5 Lightning on Flood, he accidentally turned himself into a baked potato. Eric threw the potato down a shaft, where it exploded in a blast of delicious flavoring.

==Composure==
Emperor Palpatine was generally very evil, even more evil than some guy who was pretty evil. He had back problems caused by "Baked Potato Syndrome", and face problems, caused by "John Kerry's Disease". His trademark move was to say, "May the force be with you", and then electrocute his victim with his fingers until he or she responded with, "and also with you".

He also fed ducks by the pond, right before messily eating them.

The '''turtle''' is a [[reptile|reptilian]] [[animal]] with an armored [[shell]], an M1 [[helmet]], night-vision [[goggles]], an [[AK-47]] assault [[rifle]], a nasty disposition, and <strike>great sharp teeth</strike> a cute little [[tail]].

==Lots of Turtles==
There are [[billions and billions]] of species of turtles in the world, ranging in size from the [[genetic engineering|genetically engineered]] 90 nanometer Metal-Oxide-Semiconducting Field Effect Turtle of [[Japan]], to the thunderous fire-breathing 10,000 meter Turtlezilla, also of Japan. In fact, Japan is practically overrun with turtles of all sizes, because turtles play a vital role in the [[Shintō]] religion (which are sacrificed in great numbers to the Shintō [[god]] Turtlezilla in order to persuade him not to eat [[Tokyo]]).

==Natural Enemies==
Turtles, being some of nature's fiercest [[predators]], have few natural enemies. Of this small, elite group of cyborg animals, however, is the pirate [[bear]]. While most bears are docile creatures from the fish kingdom, [[pirate bears]] feed plentifully on the jewel encrusted turtles of the [[Mediterranean]]. These specific turtles provide the basic nutrients necessary to power a bear's [[warp core]].

==Lots of Even More Turtles==
In [[1973]], [[Stephen Hawking]] theorized that turtles play a major role in [[cosmology]]. His proposed model, "Turtles All the Way Down", combined an [[infinity|infinite]] stack of turtles with the principles of [[general relativity]]. Unfortunately, this [[theory]] had to be scrapped because it turned out to be totally inconsistent with godless [[evolution|evolutionism]] and the laws of [[quantum cheddardynamics]].

==Cooking with Turtles==
Turtles are the primary ingredient of Turtle Soup.

*1 cup minced [[onion]]

The Story of '''BAILOPAN''' is a ficticious [[series]] involving an ugly duckling which grows up to be a shark-eating pony. Much like [[turtles]] and [[Bono]], who steal rich people and give them to the poor.

==Plot==
The plot begins in the year 2100 AD, where [[war]] was beginning. Throughout the war, Bailopan undergoes significant [[character]] changes, such as turning into a pony from a duck. At one point, he also ages - this is considered to be a unique and controversial plot device foreshadowing death.

==Biography==
Bailopan is an out-going, friendly, and extroverted man. He is also a fierce liberal who believes in the right to eat sharks. In the third half of the series (part 2), he becomes the President and single handedly stops the moon from a successful filibuster. Further in politics, he invents a form of economics in which no one has anything at all. He adapted this from theories by [[Karl Marx]]. Both of his parents were senators, which is believable because they weren't minorities.

Near the end of the series, he dies from a poorly constructed [[parametric]] equation. He is survived by his son, Mark, who inherits his father's vast supply of [[emo]] and whining.

'''Bono''' is the superhero of the pulp fiction comic series [[U2]]. He fights off crime, leopards, and Britons with his guitar-shaped arm of fury. The series is quite popular in countries that have people, such as America, Ireland, and Western [[Antarctica]]. His real name is [[Paul Hewson]], although it was destroyed in a radioactive experiment.

==Biography==
Bono was born on September 31st, 1956. His father, through a series of time travel mishaps explained in Episode #23, is a packet of mustard. His mother's origins are not yet known. He graduated from A Real High School in [[Wisconsin]] after earning a masters degree in [[Musicology]] from the University of College. His current whereabouts are unknown, as he is currently on the run from the President of the [[Untied States]].

Real name "Dave Evans", The Edge is a rather one dimensional character, rescued from a [[Borg Cube]]. His super power is the ability to shoot drums out of his eyes.

Real name "Adam", was killed off in the third season pilot episode, even though it's not a TV series. You should dislike this character, as he may be French.

===[[Larry Mullen]] Jr===
Real name "[[Roseanne]]", Larry is best known for casting a ring into a mountain during a crossover series titled "The Lord of the Rings".

==Notable History==
* 1954: Bono dies while valiantly flying a mission over Berlin, not realizing that the airlift was six years prior.
** 1955: Bono is born, one year after his death and a full year before his birth. His reputation as a showoff begins to spread.
** 1956: Bono is born again. This was a blatant violation of the intergalactic law of the time, but nobody noticed because [[Ireland]] was still completely underground at the time. It was also the subject of the highly controversial Episode #-1, which was also responsible for introducing such apocrypha as [[Turtle|space turtles]].
* 1984: Adam expends the last of his three wishes, granted for releasing [[Sting]] from his imprisonment in a magic lamp, to get a #1 single for his namesake band, [[Steely Dan]]. '''Dragonball Z''' is a fictional non-fiction cartoon. Like most [[anime]] from Japan, it was created by someone on drugs with the intent of distributing seizures. It proved to be highly popular, even though it wasn't [[pornography]] most of the time.

The author, [[Akira Toriyama]], is also known for discovering how to never end a story line. It was originally a [[manga]], which is an ancient Egyptian practice of drawing cels on papyrus before broadcasting them.

==Main Characters==
One of the unique things about Dragonball Z is that it has characters. If you continue reading you might be able to see the list below.
===Primary Characters===
====Son Goku====
:Goku is a humanoid alien called a 'Saiya-jin', or [[Saiyan]] if you are in post-9/11 America. Despite crash landing on Earth, he did not abduct any farmers - a trait many find quite admirable. He carries around a [[turtle]] named 'Kamehame-Ha' that he uses to blast his enemies, which he only does once everyone else is dead.
====Kuririn/Krillin====
:Krillin is [[bald]], which makes him the worst character. He dies a lot too, but studies have shown baldness does not cause [[death]]; it only makes you really annoying.
====Vegeta====
:Vegeta is a Saiyan who came to DBZ after starring as the nasty banker on [[Mary Poppins]]. His haircut is atrocious, and most of the series he spends his time trying to get even with Goku for having better hair.
====Son Gohan====
:Gohan is Goku's Son. Unlike most characters in the series, he ages - I'd personally blame this on [[time]]. He usually can't do anything right and ends up whining for his father.
====Piccolo====
:[[Piccolo]] is a green alien who used to abduct humans, but has now decided it's no longer profitable and moved on to wearing heavy capes. He is good friends with Gohan, because their parents let them play in a [[sandbox]] together when they were kids.

====Chi-Chi====
:Goku's wife, who is more irritating than [[Hillary Clinton]].
====Buruma/Bulma====
:Longest running character in the series, and the mistress of Vegeta, Bulma has [[blue]] hair. One character must always have blue hair in accordance with Anime rules.
====Trunks====
:Vegeta and Bulma's son, who has purple hair. This may or may not mean he's [[gay]], since unlike the other secondary males, he's not always chasing after women in [[Dragonball GT]].
====Goten====
:Goku's second son, who he doesn't meet until after he's born. Goten looks like Goku, which means it's possible to make more episodes from similar characters. Like his father, he has a room temperature [[IQ]].
====Kamesennin Mutenroushi / Master Roshi, Turtle Hermit====
:A lecherous, perverted old man who is usually reading [[hentai]]. He lives with a [[turtle]], although thankfully does not read turtle [[porn]].
====Majin Buu====
:Buu is really fat and sometimes he's really thin - a trait only seen in humans like [[Oprah]]. However, he's not human, and is actually made out of [[bubble gum]]. The Buu saga is about Goku trying to find the [[Bazooka Joe]] Comic inside him.

==Plot Overview==
Many people inaccurately claim Dragonball Z is all about [[fighting]]. This is clearly not true, as often the fighting stops so the producers can make new episodes. Dragonball Z had a near total of 290 episodes, which is double 145.
===Freeza Saga===
:Everyone dies twice. Goku kills Freeza. It takes 107 episodes.
===Cell Saga===
:Everyone dies. Gohan kills Cell for killing Goku. It takes 73 episodes.
===Buu Saga===
:Everyone dies. Goku kills half of Majin Buu. It takes 110 episodes.
