Deleted Notes from Events
Antihacker, the event argument descriptions you added in this revision are awesome. However, I am a little lost why you would remove all of the "Notes" (one line summaries of when the events occur)? In at least a few cases it's not completely obvious just from the name when those events are triggered. In some other cases (player_bot_replace, bot_player_replace) the obvious is the incorrect assumption.
