sente to iroh migration plans

note: pretty much all services are now back online. sente is not bound to any hosts.

TODO List

1. Shutdown all Sente servers except e-mail.
2. Move CVS/SVN to Iroh.
3. Move any "root" stuff to Iroh (such as scripts).
4. Open a port on Iroh so Sente can use its MySQL.
5. Move MySQL.
6. Start a MySQL proxy from Sente to Iroh.
7. Move all owned and movable sites from Sente to Iroh.
8. Move user accounts.
9. Change IP addresses on owned domains.
10. Bring Iroh web services and MySQL online.
11. Move all cronjobs for moved accounts.
12. Repeat processes as hostees can be contacted for IP changes.
13. Create new e-mail services on iroh, verify that they work.
14. Move e-mail boxes from Sente to Iroh.
15. Change e-mail IP address.
