SourceMod 1.0.3 is the current "stable development branch" and is not yet released.
Expected date for 1.0.3: Mid-July, let's keep this release small.

Stuff that would be nice to land from trunk to 1.0.3:

Commit Policy:
Bug fixes go to 1.0.3 and then to trunk.
Feature commits only go to trunk.
Translations? I might add some sort of basic translation exporting to the language tool, this would let us break the "no new translations" promise to land things like sm_revote.
